Minimums
Our minimum is 5,000 units per size on a custom printed run. Stocked formats go lower.
It is set where a single SKU can be signed off on its own, without a first run having to be a container. We hold the balance rather than asking you to buy it.
Warehousing
Five warehouses across the United States rather than a single location.
Which one an order draws from is settled when the order is placed.
The process
Samples first, free and with no expectation. You fill them with the real product and find out what works before anything is specified.
Then interior dimensions and print area are confirmed, a dieline goes to your designer or to ours, artwork goes to plate, and you approve a printed proof before any volume runs.
Artwork
If the dieline has nowhere to go.
Artwork on metal distorts wherever the tin draws, and the dieline has to compensate for it before anything reaches plate. We do that in house when there is no designer on your side. how it works.
