About

Child-resistant tins,
and nothing else.

No catalogue of ten thousand unrelated products. One category, which is why the person you email can answer a tooling question without going away to ask someone.

We came at this sideways.

Years of sourcing packaging for other people's products, and the same thing kept happening. A brand would find the tin they wanted, then find out it came with a container-load commitment and a twelve-hour time difference. Child-resistant tins turned out to be the part everybody tolerated and nobody enjoyed. So we stopped doing a bit of everything and started doing this.

50,000 minimum.
Fourteen weeks.

That is the standing offer from a tin factory, and for a brand launching one SKU it is close to unusable. The range exists. It just sits behind a number nobody launching a product can sign off on.

Ours is 5,000. We hold the balance so you don't have to buy it.

What that gets you

The parts that
cost money later.

Materials, certification, print method, tooling, lead time, minimums. They all interact, and the expensive mistakes are made in the first week.

A range, not a list

Six formats across 79 certified sizes, chosen around what actually gets packed: flower, edibles, pre-rolls, cartridges, concentrate. You are picking from a shortlist somebody already made, not sorting through a supplier's whole catalogue.

Answers before you commit

Which closure suits repeated opening, what a size change does to tooling, why a matte film scuffs and a matte lithograph doesn't. Ask first and we will tell you what we would do, including when the answer is that a format is wrong for your product.

Custom without the guesswork

Pantone matched over a white base, in matte, gloss, metallic and soft-touch, with embossing, foil and spot finishes. Dielines and distortion mapping in house if you don't have a designer, and your artwork is released to you on request whether or not you order again.

Terms that assume good faith

Net thirty rather than payment in full before anything ships. Five warehouses across the United States, so stocked formats go out in days; custom printed runs take ten to eleven weeks because that is how long printing and shipping honestly take.

Certification you can check

Every line is tested to 16 CFR 1700.20: a child panel and a senior adult panel, per package configuration. We publish which reports cover which sizes, so you can match the certificate to the SKU you are buying instead of taking a blanket claim on trust.

Why it matters

Passing the test
is the floor.

A tin has to survive being opened three hundred times by someone who isn't being careful.

It also has to hold a shelf, take the artwork you paid for, and come back out of a delivery bag looking like the thing your customer chose. Meeting the standard is where a pack starts, not where it finishes.

What we are building is the place a brand goes when they want the packaging to be the part of the product nobody has to think about again.
